Infographic: How Much Control Do Your Have in The Cloud?

One of the biggest concerns with placing data in a set location is how much control, or independence, you will  actually have with your data.  So, in the spirit of the fourth of July, Backupify hosted The First Annual Data Liberation Awards. Where they measured each major SaaS companies against one another to find out who is giving users the most control over their data, an important thing to know when looking into using a SaaS company.

To get a full grasp of the research Backupify had to complete, they evaluated nearly 50 of the top SaaS applications by using hands-on trials, then compared each on common features and ability to “liberate” critical data, in order to determine the rankings.
